The Dixie Precast Concrete Retaining Wall offers a simply constructed but durable retaining wall system. The Concrete wall is constructed of precast concrete panels and galvanized steel hardware for long lasting durability. The concrete wall panels are 2’ high by 4’ wide. Ordered in 4’ linear increments, the walls can be supplied in either 2’, 4’, or 6’ heights.
Dixie Precast packages the walls with all parts required for installation, including anchors, cables, clamps, and associated hardware. The concrete retaining wall can be configured with straight, 45⁰ bends, or 90⁰ turns. Walls can be configured in any combination to meet the requirements of the installation site.
Recommended installations are applicable in both convex and concave arrangements. To insure proper retainage and support, all procedures should be followed, including installation of anchors and back supports. Installation heights of over 6’ shall be installed with a tiered approach. Recommended wall separation for tiered applications shall be approximately 2’ – 4’ between wall locations.
